DC’s STARGIRL adds to it’s cast

DC’s Geoff Johns is about to start production on his very personal project, Stargirl, which will air on the new DC streaming service later in the year. Several weeks ago I got a call from Geoff to discuss the project, which was very exciting. Geoff and I previously worked on Blade The Series together and I cannot wait to join him in the DC world this time. At the moment I’m are unable to divulge any more details about the show or part that I will be playing in it, but suffice to say the script is amazing and costumes look incredible. More details to follow…

Kingsman Prequel Casts Neil…

Variety and Hollywood Reporter broke the story last week that I has been cast in, and am currently filming, the anticipated prequel to the Kingsman movies. Sadly I can’t divulge any more details at this time about the film or my part in it, but filming has been going great so far and this is going to be a fun and action packed addition to the Kingsman franchise. I’m excited to be a part of it.

Joining Robert Zemeckis’ next feature

I have been a huge fan of Zemeckis’ films ever since Who Framed Roger Rabbit exploded my 11yr old mind and made me fall in love with storytelling. To now be a part of one of his films and directed by the maestro himself is a huge honour and I could not be more excited.

Off Ramp Finished…

I set out to make a film that turned the spotlight on a group of people whom we have grown all too accustomed to over-looking and I am pleased to announce that the film is now finished and out to festivals.

I am wildly excited and also immensely grateful and want to thank everyone who has supported me in this project. Your love and encouragement is humbling and means the world.

In the next couple of days I will be releasing the trailer for the film on my website, so stay tuned for that.

Much love xx

Absentia Update

ABSENTIA will have it’s premiere at the prestigious Monte Carlo Television Festival this year. I can’t wait to see the work on the big screen and share the experience with everyone.

Off Ramp is almost ready…

Today I finished an amazing session with Alex, my incredible sound mixer.  We went through the audio with a fine tooth comb and have now locked the mix, which I couldn’t be happier about.  We had a lot to contend with on this one.  The film’s called “Off Ramp” so, naturally, a large portion of the film is shot beside the freeway.  This background noise is amazing for grounding the characters, but a nightmare to edit between to get clean takes with usable and clear audio that cut together to form a cohesive scene.  Alex did an amazing job in reducing that ambient sound without losing or distorting the quality of the lines in the scenes. So much work on his behalf, but the end result is stunning.  Tomorrow I sit with the colourist to finalize the look of the film, before marrying both parts, visual and audio, together.  I’m hoping the whole thing will be finished by the end of this week.  I can’t wait to share it with you all.  As always, thank you for your support 🙂 x
